At Bites Of Joy Cakes, we believe everyone deserves to celebrate with dessert they can enjoy safely.

I started baking gluten-free in 2015 after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I didn’t want to give up dessert, so I went on a journey to create treats that tasted amazing and didn’t make you feel awful afterward.

Every cake is gluten-free and made with organic ingredients, but also without dairy, eggs, or nuts by request.

We focus on simple, joyful flavors and careful preparation, so you can feel good about what you’re serving to the people you love.

Bites Of Joy Cakes is all about cakes that feel as good as they taste, gluten-free, allergen-friendly, and made with special care.
